About Britnie Turner
Britnie Turner is a visionary, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Britnie is Founder and CEO of Aerial Development Group, one of Nashville’s largest infill developers, and an organization whose mission is to elevate everything they touch. She does this by revitalizing local neighborhoods through infill and community development and working with Horizon Initiative in Kenya to sponsor kids and orphanages she has helped build.
Building over 100 homes this year alone in Nashville, Britnie and her company are on track to revitalize the urban core, a mission she also pursues individually by being actively involved with different local organizations and ministries from Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to Habitat for Humanity, and from Thistle Farms to the YWCA.

A rising star and young professional. This category recognizes a woman in the workplace under the age of 35 making significant contributions to professionally and in the community. The recipient of this award is a role model for other young female leaders.
