Aerial Development Group plans to begin site work this fall on a East Nashville residential development that will feature 62 single-family homes ranging from $225,000 to $375,000.
East Greenway Park will be built on 10 acres in the Rosebank neighborhood, The Tennessean reports. The development also will include some commercial space at the corner of Eastland and Rosebank avenues.
