recognized Jessica Demas Randolph as Rookie of the Year during its annual Awards of
Excellence Gala.

Real Estate Services. She is the current chair of GNAR’s Young Professionals Network and, at the
age of 23, she is also the youngest real estate agent to receive the Rookie of the Year award in
more than a decade.
